Jack was just 6 when his family lost their home. Then, heartbreakingly, he lost his mam to illness. Now, he’s facing another Christmas in homelessness. In his short life, he’s already had so much stolen from him and right now, homelessness is threatening to take something else from him. The simple joy of Christmas.

Every child whose family is experiencing homelessness is suffering right now.

Homelessness hurts children the most. It steals their childhood. It disrupts their friendship and schooling. It harms their mental health. And it can ruin their futures. We can’t give Jack back his mam or the parts of his childhood that homelessness has stolen from him.
